Job summary

Plastic Molding Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality performance and enhance operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in plastic injection molding, with expertise in evaluating quality standards and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in testing plastics injection molding products.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous blueprint experience and GD&T knowledge.
• FAI (First Article Inspection) & PPAP understanding.
• Prior programming and use of PC-DMIS for CMM.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy and execution across injection molding operations.
• Develop and control inspection plans for molding and secondary operations.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues by implementing corrective actions.
• Support and enforce the ISO 9001:2015 management system.

Skills

Testing plastics injection molding products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Blueprint experience and GD&T knowledge

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Education
