Job summary
Atkore International in Dallas, TX, is hiring an Injection Molding Process Technician III for the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role focuses on operating and maintaining injection molding machines, applying scientific molding to produce high‑quality plastic parts, and leading startup and recovery efforts.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in thermoplastics injection molding, a high school diploma or GED, and RJG certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in thermoplastics injection molding.
- Proven ability to operate injection molding machines and associated equipment.
- Experience with scientific molding concepts and process controls.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Lead complex mold, tooling, automation, and EOAT setups.
- Program robotics including path development and logic optimization.
- Integrate automation with molding processes for cycle time and quality improvements.
- Document processes, setup sheets, and automation instructions.
- Troubleshoot complex molding and automation issues using data-driven methods.
