Job summary

Atkore International is seeking an Injection Molding Operator I for the night shift based in Dallas, TX. You will tend machines, package parts, and handle basic material movements while meeting daily production goals.

The role requires reading work orders, basic math, and the ability to lift 35 pounds. Forklift experience is a plus, with opportunities toward a Molding Technician role and related maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience reading and interpreting work orders.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted.
• Attention to detail, time management and organization.

• Previous machine operating and forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tend injection molding machines and equipment.
• Assist with packaging parts and basic material handling.
• Record and process paperwork; operate forklift as required.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and tool/mold changes as needed for growth toward Molding Technician role.
• Follow plant safety rules and wear PPE (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toe boots, gloves).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
