Job summary

Responsibilities
- Start, monitor, and optimize injection molding processes for quality and efficiency.
- Adjust machine parameters within tolerances and suggest improvements to reduce waste.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process‑related issues to minimize downtime.
- Investigate non‑conformances and support corrective actions.
- Assist in setup, startup, and validation of molds, tools, and production trials.
- Optimize robot programming and automation to improve cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with gripper and automation standards.
- Support safety programs and environmental, health & safety initiatives.
