Responsibilities

• Start, monitor, and optimize injection molding processes for quality and efficiency.
• Adjust machine parameters within tolerances and suggest improvements to reduce waste.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process‑related issues to minimize downtime.
• Investigate non‑conformances and support corrective actions.
• Assist in setup, startup, and validation of molds, tools, and production trials.
• Optimize robot programming and automation to improve cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with gripper and automation standards.
• Support safety programs and environmental, health & safety initiatives.
