Job summary

Atkore International in Dallas, TX is seeking an Injection Molding Operator I for day shift. You will tend molding machines, package parts, handle basic materials, and help meet daily production goals.

Reporting to the Molding Manager, the role includes safety PPE adherence and potential progression toward a Molding Technician position. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), read work orders, perform basic math, and be able to lift 35 pounds unassisted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting work orders.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted.
• Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tend the molding machines and package parts.
• Perform basic material handling and complete daily production goals.
• Operate a forklift as required.
• Assist in progressing to Molding Technician role.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
