Qualifications

5+ years of advanced injection molding experience in manufacturing.
Expertise in scientific molding, process optimization, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Experience with mold qualification, process validation, launches and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting of complex molding issues across molds, machines and materials.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to restore stability.
Support production recovery, startup activities, and ongoing improvement programs.
