Qualifications
- 5+ years of advanced injection molding experience.
- Expertise in scientific molding and process optimization.
- Experience with mold qualification and process validation.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Optimize injection molding processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and OEE.
- Analyze process data to improve capability, stability, cycle times, scrap, and uptime.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex molding issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support mold qualification, process validation, and new production launches.
- Coach Technicians, Setters, Operators, and Production Team Members on scientific molding principles.
