Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Process Optimization & Performance specialist in the USA with 5+ years in injection molding. You will lead process improvements, coaching peers and ensuring quality, safety and OEE across high‑volume manufacturing lines.

You will analyze manufacturing data, support mold qualification and validation, and drive continuous improvement through cross‑functional collaboration. This hybrid role travels domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advanced injection molding in manufacturing.
• Experience with mold qualification, process validation, and production launches.

Responsibilities

• Optimize injection molding processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost and OEE.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex molding issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support mold qualification, requalification, validation, and mold testing during changes and launches.
• Coach Technicians, Setters, Operators, and Production Team Members on scientific molding principles.
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with global standards and maintain documentation.
