Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Injection line (Nights) to ensure equipment uptime through detailed troubleshooting and rapid repairs. You will work on injection molders, blow molders, fillers, labelers, conveyors, and related systems while coordinating with operators and senior technicians to maintain production flow.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in manufacturing-related field preferred.
• 4+ years in field/maintenance and 4+ years in current position.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read schematics for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong cross-department communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing tools.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and related components.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose and operate equipment per Niagara processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems and ensure uptime.
• Work independently and with team members to complete repairs safely and timely.
• May fill in for production operator when needed.
• Create and report repairs; document parts and material usage; complete work orders.
