Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite under a physician's plan of care. You will assess patient needs, perform treatments, administer medications, and educate patients and families while documenting care in real time to support safe, continuous care.

Licensed RN with at least 1 year of nursing experience and current CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred in infusion or home health.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides intermediate nursing care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Documents care in real-time and coordinates with the clinical team.
• Ensures safety and continuity of care under physician plan.
