Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced technology transactions attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Global Procurement Legal team supporting Meta Compute. Qualifications

• Experience advising cross-functional business teams on legal risk, contract strategy, and deal structuring for large-scale infrastructure or technology transactions.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume portfolio of complex transactions with minimal supervision, delivering practical legal solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of complex infrastructure technology agreements with hardware components and services from ASIC and OEM vendors.
• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to internal stakeholder organizations to support transaction strategy, risk allocation, and critical commercial terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transaction structures with company-wide requirements.
• Develop and maintain scalable contract frameworks, playbooks, and standard form agreements for recurring infrastructure transaction types.
• Coordinate outside counsel on specialized infrastructure transaction matters to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-integrated legal workflows to improve contract review efficiency and drafting cycles.
