Experience leading modernization initiatives, API/middleware design, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and coach team members within the SDLC.
Lead technical design and architecture discussions for API, middleware, and integration projects.
Review designs, proposals, and pull requests; ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and implementation quality.
Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver complex solutions.
