Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Eight years of full‑time related experience, including at least five years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Direct a subdivision responsible for inspection, construction, repair, and maintenance of NYC Transit stations and related equipment.
Develop monthly and annual material requirement plans to ensure timely acquisition and distribution of materials.
Plan and direct multi‑million‑dollar capital construction projects and emergency response operations.
Ensure adherence to system safety policies and procedures and lead maintenance and repair activities.
