Job summary

AT&T seeks a seasoned director to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high‑performance infrastructure solutions and to drive consulting and sales engagements across multiple markets.

You will manage proposals, oversee project activities from start to finish, supervise teams, and foster strong relationships with senior clients and partners. This role requires office presence in Austin and Dallas with a strong track record in sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Experience leading large sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of scalable solutions and solve complex problems.
• Manage consulting services, develop proposals, and oversee project activities from start to finish.
• Develop client strategy, manage relationships, and provide technical expertise for service offerings.
• Oversee geographic markets, staffing, skill development, and ensure effective operation and standards.
