Job summary

San Francisco Health Plan seeks a highly experienced Manager, Infrastructure & Security to lead a team of IT infrastructure professionals. You will guide enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and infrastructure operations, aligning technology with business goals.

You will remain hands‑on in architecture, troubleshooting, and planning while enabling a high‑performing team. The role demands strong leadership in a hybrid in‑office/on‑site setting in Downtown San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and technology operations.
• Hands‑on expertise in enterprise networking, architecture, troubleshooting, and operations.
• Experience with hybrid or public cloud infrastructure and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Lead design, implementation, operation, and modernization of networking technologies and services.
• Ensure secure, reliable connectivity for business‑critical systems.
• Oversee cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, documentation, and best practices.
