Job summary

The State Bar of California seeks a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Manager to lead the cybersecurity program for its hybrid technology environment, including data centers in Los Angeles and San Francisco. You will direct security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and policy, while guiding infrastructure services.

You will supervise technical staff, collaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud teams, and report risk and status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT security experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience with IT infrastructure operations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory security and privacy standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cybersecurity program and strategy for a hybrid/ multi-cloud environment.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and security policy.
• Develop dashboards and reports for executives to communicate risk and status.
• Coordinate security across internal teams and external partners.
