Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of IT security with supervisory experience.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments and on-site ops.
• CISSP or equivalent is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based cybersecurity strategy to protect systems and data.
• Lead incident response, including triage, investigation, containment, and recovery.
• Develop, test, and maintain the incident response plan and run drills.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to integrate security across operations.
• Build dashboards for executives and IT teams to monitor security posture.
• Oversee secure IT architectures and automation of monitoring workflows.
• Manage encryption, patching, and vulnerability remediation with infrastructure teams.
