Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with users and departments to collect requirements for network, security, and system upgrades.
• Coordinate installation/maintenance tasks for networks or systems on projects.
• Provide training on operating systems, security and privacy, and other applications.
• Maintain hardware/software inventories, licenses, and user access and security.
• Assist in development, configuration, implementation, monitoring, maintenance and management of cloud systems.
