Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 5 years in enterprise applications support (or equivalent combination).
• Experience in enterprise applications administration and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Define needs and requirements with technology users; develop complex reports and online inquiries.
• Provide technical support through problem analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Perform applications management including upgrades, monitoring, security, and testing of functionality.
• May perform OS upgrades and configuration for Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, capacity reports, and ITSM records.
