Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our Gateway Program team in the New York/New Jersey region. You will develop detailed plans for large-scale infrastructure, apply CPM principles, and lead scheduling activities with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in project scheduling, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a track record on federally funded programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• 8+ years scheduling large infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6; MS Project.
• Experience with federally funded projects and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of CPM and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed plans considering logistics/site constraints.
• Interfaces with project team and reports progress.
• Leads scheduling methods, techniques and tools.
• Communicates with client and stakeholders.
• Leads a team delivering scheduling services and professional development.
• Supports net zero carbon delivery by identifying emissions and reductions.
