Job summary

Mace, part of the Gateway Development Partners, supports the Hudson Tunnel Project across New York and New Jersey. This senior role focuses on project controls, scheduling, budget management, procurement, and environmental compliance to deliver a high-profile infrastructure program.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, engage stakeholders, and drive risk management and quality across multiple packages while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project or construction management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with federally funded projects and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in maintaining efficient organizational and reporting structures for project personnel.
• Advise on staffing changes, team management, and resource allocation.
• Assist with contract administration and coordination with project partners and stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of project controls, schedule management, cost estimating, and budget management.
• Oversee document and records controls, change management, and dispute resolution.
