Job summary

Mace invites an experienced Planning Lead to direct the planning function across allocated projects and tenders in a hybrid Denver-based role. You will develop, monitor and deliver schedules for medium to high complexity projects, supporting project management to ensure timely, profitable outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership of large, diverse teams, expertise in planning techniques, EVM and project controls, and a commitment to reducing carbon emissions during delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability.
• Significant experience applying planning techniques across multi-disciplinary sectors.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts.

Responsibilities

• Leads application of planning/scheduling methods, techniques and tools.
• Strong knowledge of planning/scheduling, EVM and project controls.
• Communicate effectively with client, project team and stakeholders.
• Influence on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures.
• Lead and manage a team delivering planning/schedule management services and develop individuals/teams.
• Influence client to accept proposals and recommendations.
• Fulfill project/assignment tasks.
• Contribute to net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions during delivery.
