Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing capital construction projects.
• Licensed PE or RA in NY/NJ; PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing several projects simultaneously.
• Developing scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, tenants, operations staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Leading stakeholder meetings.
• Resolving construction and design conflicts.
• Securing funding approvals and permits.
• Preparing executive-level presentations and board documents.
• Monitoring project delivery through planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
