LVI Associates seeks an experienced MEP Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) to guide large mission critical projects from planning through turnover. You will coordinate owners, contractors, consultants, vendors, and commissioning teams to ensure performance against schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing MEP construction scopes on mission critical & data center projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes, system testing, and facility turnover procedures.
• Ability to work directly with owners, contractors, consultants, and vendor partners.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common construction management software platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively and support remote project assignments for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the owner's representative across planning, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and safety to meet project objectives.
• Lead project coordination meetings and site readiness reviews.
• Provide progress reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.
