Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience delivering infrastructure, platform, enterprise systems, or operational technology projects
• Strong understanding of technology environments including networking, systems, cloud platforms, security, and enterprise applications
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with project management and workflow tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, security, and business teams to drive project execution.
• Facilitate project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage third-party vendors, technology partners, and procurement-related activities as needed.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, proactively driving mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Coordinate implementation activities and ensure smooth transitions into operational support.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding project progress, priorities, and key decisions.
