You will establish clear delivery plans, milestones, governance structures, budgets, and resource requirements while ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic objectives and operational needs.

Key responsibilities will include managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, procurement, and financial performance. You will coordinate internal teams, technical specialists, suppliers, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely decision-making. The successful candidate will provide clear reporting on progress, delivery confidence, costs, benefits, and emerging risks, while maintaining appropriate documentation and compliance with agreed methodologies, policies, and industry standards. You will also support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen project delivery practices, controls, and infrastructure service outcomes.

Applicants should have significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or technology projects in complex environments, together with a strong understanding of project management frameworks, governance, commercial management, and structured change control. A proven ability to manage budgets, competing priorities, third-party suppliers, and senior stakeholder expectations is essential. You will be a confident communicator and skilled negotiator, capable of translating technical information into clear business outcomes. Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and risk management skills are required, along with a practical, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent professional experience would be advantageous.
