Job summary

Leading Global Law Firm seeks a mid-level to senior associate to join its nationally recognized Energy & Infrastructure practice. Work on major PPP/P3, concession, and project finance deals.

Collaborate with sponsors, lenders, developers, and investors on domestic and international transactions. The ideal candidate has substantial infrastructure finance experience and strong drafting and negotiation skills, plus eligibility for bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong credentials.
• Experience advising on infrastructure projects and financings across asset classes.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development, procurement, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure projects.
• Represent sponsors, developers, lenders, investors in PPP/P3 transactions.
• Structure and document project financings and concession agreements.
