Job summary

Orrick is seeking one or more attorneys to join our Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C., Houston, New York, or San Francisco. The role targets attorneys with 3 to 9+ years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, including PPP, concessions, and project financing, with drop-down experience preferred.

Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties, and other private sector participants in PPPs is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.

Responsibilities

• Join our Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C., Houston, New York, or San Francisco.
• Work on infrastructure-focused projects including PPP, concessions, and project financing; drop-down experience preferred.
• Represent equity sponsors, financing parties and other private sector participants in PPP space.
