Qualifications

• Classes of 2022–2024 or equivalent level of experience.
• Experience advising on project finance, infrastructure finance, energy transactions or other related financing matters.
• Strong transactional experience with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively on complex, fast-moving transactions.
• Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.

Responsibilities
