Qualifications

• 3 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure-focused projects, including PPP, concessions, and project financing.
• Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties and/or other private sector participants in PPP space.
• Membership to the State Bar of the office/state where the candidate will be located is required.

Responsibilities

• Join the Energy & Infrastructure practice in multiple locations (Washington, D.C., Houston, New York, or San Francisco) to work on infrastructure projects.
• Advise clients on PPPs, concessions, project financing, and related regulatory issues; collaborate with sponsors and financing parties.
• Provide client-focused, strategic legal services in a fast-paced environment supporting major infrastructure assets.
