Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks a Manager, Infrastructure Project Advisory (Construction/Engineering) to oversee audits, monitor large capital projects, and improve management processes. The role leads engagement teams, conducts fieldwork, analyzes data, and drives reporting and client relationships.

The position requires at least five years in construction management or advisory services, a relevant bachelor’s (master’s preferred), and professional certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in construction management or advisory services across sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Accounting, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP, CCM, CPA) are advantageous.
• Experience with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera, E-Builder, or Prolog.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction contract audits, compliance reviews, and project monitoring for large capital projects.
• Analyze and improve construction management processes, policies, internal controls, and reporting.
• Conduct project reviews on completion percentages, change orders, schedule delays, and productivity issues.
• Manage engagement teams, perform fieldwork, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Support business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship building.
• Work independently under guidance, building networks with project owners and industry professionals.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
