Intuitive is seeking a Program Manager in its Digital organization to lead infrastructure‑intensive product and cloud initiatives. You will manage multi‑workstream programs across software delivery, cloud build‑out, platform engineering, and operations readiness with a focus on scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong influence-based leadership, deep integrity, and the ability to drive outcomes in a regulated medical technology environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned program delivery leader for digital, infrastructure-intensive programs.
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs across software, cloud, and platform engineering.
• Ability to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage cross-functional development programs across cloud and infrastructure.
• Prioritize tasks to focus on critical activities and drive progress.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure teams to align status, dependencies, and delivery.
• Perform risk analysis and develop contingency plans.
• Enforce disciplined requirements analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with external partners to align support and input.
• Contribute to improvements in project management processes and delivery.
