IntusCare is seeking a Manager, Security & Compliance to lead the day-to-day execution and maturity of our security, privacy, and healthcare compliance program. This role owns audits, risk management, and incident response while partnering with Engineering, Product, SRE, IT, Legal, and customers.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare regulatory knowledge with hands-on security in a growing healthcare SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of information security, healthcare compliance, or risk management in healthcare SaaS.
• Expertise in HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST and privacy requirements.
• Experience leading HITRUST certification end-to-end and audits.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.
• Strong vendor risk management experience.

Aufgaben

• Own and improve security and compliance programs across HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST.
• Lead HITRUST certification end-to-end.
• Oversee internal and external audits, risk assessments, security reviews, and incident response.
• Manage external security and compliance partners.
• Maintain security policies, BAAs, data handling, and breach response.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and SDLC to integrate security into architecture.
• Lead security incident responses and post-incident reviews.
• Establish security metrics and audit readiness.
• Lead security awareness and mentor the team.
