Job summary

Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. The company seeks a seasoned program delivery leader for Digital initiatives spanning software delivery, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and operational readiness in a regulated environment.

This role requires strong influence, rigorous program management, and the ability to manage multi-workstream programs with infrastructure dependencies, security, and compliance as first-class concerns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of leadership in program, project, and portfolio management of software delivery programs involving infrastructure, at scale.
• Meaningful technical fluency in infrastructure platforms, DevOps practices, and cloud operations.
• Understanding of environment management, change control, and provisioning workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline concepts, DevOps principles, containerization, and tooling to understand release risks.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cross-functional development programs across Intuitive’s different Business units and shared services, overseeing cloud and infrastructure projects.
• Help teams prioritize tasks to focus on critical activities and avoid sidetracks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep status updates current and ensure cross-product dependencies are understood and executed.
• Perform risk analysis and develop contingency plans, guiding prioritization decisions.
• Drive discipline in requirements analysis, design, development, and testing through phase gates.
• Function as primary contact for stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to improvements to Intuitive project management processes and product shipping capabilities.
