Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Senior Manager to lead a unified Infrastructure Operations and Compliance function across global data centers. You will oversee incident response, hardware lifecycle, access control, and audit readiness (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISMAP, IRAP) while managing two teams—Operations and Security & Compliance—driving automation and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure operations, data center operations, network operations, or a closely related field
• 3+ years in a people management role
• Strong program management instincts and experience running multi-workstream initiatives
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or equivalent) at an operational level
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical details into executive reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead two teams: Operations and Security & Compliance
• Set goals, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence and compliance
• Maintain shared SLAs and quality standards across incident response and audit cycles
• Own end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle and compliance evidence across regions
• Oversee asset destruction, hardware lifecycle, and vendor management for audits
