Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utility, and transportation infrastructure projects across the Sarasota and Bradenton corridor. The role covers full lifecycle delivery, coordination with FDOT, consultants, and municipal entities, and a CMAR/design-build delivery mix.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in large infrastructure projects, deep FDOT knowledge, and a civil engineering or construction management background.

Formación

• 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway or transportation projects.
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting.
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination.
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, plus Bluebeam.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout.
• Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans.
• Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom.
• Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams.
• Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration.
• The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners.
