Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roadway, utilities and infrastructure projects across the Sarasota and Bradenton corridor, including Lakewood Ranch.

The role requires 7–10+ years of large infrastructure experience, FDOT standards, CMAR/design-build delivery, and proficient scheduling tools. This direct-hire opportunity offers visibility and rapid execution.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects.
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting.
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout
• Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans
• Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom
• Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams
• Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration
• The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners
