Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead infrastructure, roadway, and utility projects across the Sarasota and Bradenton corridor in Florida.

The role involves FDOT-style work, including roadway widening, utilities relocation, water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, with CMAR and design-build delivery elements. The candidate will own full lifecycle delivery, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate across multiple teams and authorities, and drive successful project

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects.
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination.
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction through construction and closeout.
• Project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans.
• Utility coordination and relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom.
• Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams.
• Change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration.
• The relationships: FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners.
