Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a Power Solutions - PM to lead electrical power projects for mission critical facilities. You will coordinate design, procurement, and commissioning across high- and medium-voltage systems, energy storage, and microgrids, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will liaise with clients, utilities, and vendors while upholding codes, safety, and DLB standards. This remote role requires collaboration with onsite teams and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.A./B.S. in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in electrical engineering, power solutions, or project management.
• Experience with energy storage, microgrid, and utility interconnection.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary electrical design packages for technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead power solutions projects from kickoff to closeout, including design, procurement, and commissioning.
• Coordinate subconsultants, vendors, and external partners across scopes and schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison among engineering teams, clients, utilities, and contractors.
• Ensure work aligns with codes, safety standards, and client design requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning; monitor QA/QC.
