Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field with 7 years' experience required.
• Experience on construction sites or in program management within multiple industries preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and work overtime when needed.
• Proficient with document control, scheduling, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning efforts and manage infrastructure projects for transportation and water practices.
• Review policies and develop strategic plans for clients and agencies.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and manage project budgets and revenue targets.
• Mentor project teams and present for clients and industry events.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and drive process improvements.
