Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Hardware Engineer in Tempe, AZ to lead test hardware for NPI and production. You will collaborate with Test, Product, System, and Operations teams to drive hardware design improvements and ensure on-time delivery. Global travel may be required as part of supporting vendors and OSAT partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, process excellence, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment within SiTime's MEMS timing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware test and validation for high-mix/high-volume production.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve test-related issues across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for test processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and execute test hardware to support NPI and production.
• Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive them to closure.
• Improve test processes to reduce defects and cycle time.
• Create and maintain test hardware documentation, BOMs, schematics, and layouts.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to generate reliability reports.
