Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Production Support Specialist in Tempe to lead the day-to-day ATE final test operations for custom orders and engineering samples.

You will oversee the production line, track yields, and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced MEMS timing environment. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in automated electronics/back-end manufacturing, with a HS diploma or GED (associate degree a plus) and working knowledge of MES, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel for production logs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree is a plus.
• Experience: 0–2 years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing.
• Software/Systems: MES software, inventory tracking (ERP/SAP), and basic MS Excel for production logs.

Responsibilities

• Machinery Operation: Set up and run production machinery (ATE test handler loading).
• Device Testing & Handler Support: Load device trays into automated test handlers; monitor jam rates; perform basic contactor cleaning; maintain high throughput.
• Visual & Mechanical Inspection: Inspect die surfaces, bond wires, and package leads for cracks or solder issues.
• Lot Inventory & Yield Tracking: Record pass/fail yields and test data in MES/ERP; flag low-yield lots to quality and product engineers.
