Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Production Test Operations Manager to lead semiconductor final test activities, oversee personnel and equipment, and drive output and efficiency across sites. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing to meet demand and growth.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; associate degree a plus.
• 5+ years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing.
• Experience with MES software, ERP/SAP, and production logs in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production test operations across internal sites.
• Manage a team of production test operators and technicians.
• Drive production output, cycle time, on-time delivery and costs.
• Monitor yields and implement corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Coordinate with Product/Test Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Establish KPIs for throughput, yield, utilization, quality and labor efficiency.
