Job summary

UW Credit Union seeks an Infrastructure Services Manager II to lead delivery, operation, lifecycle management, and modernization of platforms and services. This role drives strategy, roadmaps, and standards, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant infrastructure aligned with business goals.

You will oversee engineering, operational support, vendor management, budgeting, and incident response, working with senior leaders to translate business needs into sustainable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–7 years of IT Infrastructure Engineering leadership experience.
• 2–3 years in formal IT management/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT infrastructure teams to deliver secure, reliable services.
• Oversee Data Center operations, network, storage, and backups.
• Partner with leadership to develop roadmaps and budgets.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Serve as incident manager during outages and coordinate communications.
