UW Credit Union is hiring a Software Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software in an Agile team. You’ll analyze requirements, write tests, and participate in peer reviews while ensuring secure, scalable systems for members.

The role supports collaboration across IT and business units, with a focus on continuous learning and delivering reliable software solutions in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work requires on-site presence several days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–5 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Experience with Visual Studio .NET/C# development, analysis, design, and support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and build software solutions that provide a world-class experience for members and the organization.
• Write unit and integration tests to exercise code changes.
• Deploy code changes to development and production environments.
