UW Credit Union seeks an Infrastructure Services Manager II to lead delivery, operation, lifecycle management, and modernization of infrastructure platforms, operations, and enterprise services in Madison, WI. The role directs either Platforms or Applications & Operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, and recoverable systems aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6–7 years’ experience leading an IT Infrastructure Engineering team.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a formal IT management or leadership role.
• Experience with infrastructure design, deployment, and support processes.
• Experience with network infrastructure technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with vendor management, contract reviews, and service management.
• Experience recruiting and retaining highly effective team members.
• Certified ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Framework.
• Migration of infrastructure and storage to cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure Engineering team and roadmap.
• Ensure security, reliability, and recoverability of systems.
• Oversee data center operations and capacity planning.
• Manage budgets and vendor performance.
• Coordinate incident response and 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Develop governance for security and compliance and drive change management.
