AeroVironment is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to ensure robust DBT infrastructure and seamless platform support. You will unify communications, messaging and identity, and assist the Service Desk per ITIL guidelines.

The role emphasizes server administration, Windows/Linux deployment, and on-premises expertise with AD, DNS, VMware, and firewalls. Strong scripting and ITIL knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• 7-10 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management.
• 5-7 years of experience with Automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration as code tools
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology Management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.

Mansioni

• Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents
• Server administration
• Windows and Linux deployment
• Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day-to-day operational basis.
• On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing
• Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party
• Other duties as assigned
