Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM seeks an infrastructure engineer to ensure all the DBT Infrastructure systems that support business operations function efficiently.

The infrastructure engineer may also support and develop platforms and will concentrate on unifying communications, messaging and identity toward a seamless user experience. Provide assistant to Service Desk team as escalation point supporting ITIL model.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience with Windows and Linux OS configuration, automation, and management.
• 5–7 years of automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Management or related field; ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality resolutions to IT incidents.
• Server administration.
• Windows and Linux deployment.
• Manage infrastructure incident support queues daily.
• On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls.
• Identity and user management via Azure or third party.
