AeroVironment is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the DBT Infrastructure systems supporting business operations function efficiently. The role focuses on unifying communications, messaging, and identity toward a seamless user experience, while providing escalation support to the Service Desk under the ITIL framework.

You will support Server administration, Windows and Linux deployment, and manage on-premises infrastructure components such as Active Directory, DNS, and

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience with Windows and Linux operating system configuration, automation, and management.
• 5–7 years of experience with automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration as code tools.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.

• Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT incidents.

• Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues on a day-to-day basis.
