Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management.
• 5-7 years of experience with Automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration as code tools.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents.
• Server administration for Windows and Linux deployments.
• Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues on a day-to-day basis.
• On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls, routing.
• Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party.
